2026 Ropeworks

 Our workshops this year are:

• February 7th 4pm-10pm - The Basics
  Our extended 101 perfect for newbies but everyone welcome.

• May 2nd 4pm-10pm - Wearable Harnesses
  Looking for something pretty that you can wear for an extended period on time? This is the one. Suitable for all abilities and experience levels.

• August 1st 4pm-10pm - Self-suspension
  An intro to self-suspension, you will need some prior knowledge for this one, and have a firm grasp on basic rope saftey, cuffs and laddering techniques.

• November 7th - Sadistic Partials
  Taking a look at the meaner side or partial suspensions. Again some prior knowledge, have a firm grasp on basic rope saftey, cuffs and laddering techniques.

Sadistic Rope

Sadistic Rope Workshop

8th November 1pm-7pm

Domain, Dalmarnock, Glasgow

This extended workshop focuses on the sadomasochistic side of rope. Exploring various ways pain play can be incorporated into ties. Domain have extended an invitation to attendees to remains for the evenings "Dark Domain" event for the discounted rate of £10 payable on the day.

Full day self-suspension workshop suitable for those with a good grasp on ground based self-tying ready to take their first steps in self-suspension.

Are you already confident in basic rope safety, column ties, and basic frictions? Have you been tying for a while and feel ready to try suspensions? Well, this is probably the weekend for you.

The ties we are looking at are partnered ties, we will look to run a self-suspension workshop in the future though.

Ropecraft

Ropecraft: Hands, Hair, and Toes

18th July 7pm-10pm

This workshop is at the Cowdenbeath venue (full address and information on confirmation page after booking)

We will be looking at ways to incorporate hands, fingers, feet, hair, and toes into ties.

You do not need to bring proof of booking, we will simply take your name on the door.
